James Turner | Director, Principal Consultant
For the past 12 years, James Turner, Director of TurnKey Management, has effectively scaled and systemised both pre-existing and start-up organisations across a range of sectors; from transport and logistics through to software and disruptive tech.
James' unique blend of experience has seen him acquire a highly valuable set of skills; spanning aspects of organisational management, finance, operations and culture and leadership development.
Remi Rodari | Associate Consultant
Remi joined TurnKey Management as Associate Consultant, having previously worked in Tax and Business Advisory. Remi’s focus has been with start-ups and SMEs, specifically assisting firms conducting Research and Development work in the software and renewable energy industries.
His extensive background in Law, Finance and Accounting allow him to analyse complex situations from multiple angles, providing relevant and tailored advice.
